The BE 6 model will be priced between ₹18.90 lakh and ₹26.90 lakh, while the XEV 9e will be available in the range of ₹21.90 lakh to ₹30.50 lakh. Mahindra clarified that these prices do not cover the cost of the charger and its installation.
To meet demand, Mahindra has planned a phased increase in production for each variant. This decision follows what the company described as an “overwhelming” response from customers. The production plan outlines specific timelines for each version, ensuring a structured rollout of the vehicles.
As part of its commitment to electric mobility, Mahindra is investing over ₹12,000 crore into its EV business. A key element of this investment is the establishment of a new manufacturing line at its Chakan plant in Maharashtra. This facility will have an annual production capacity of 1.2 lakh units, supporting the company’s expansion in the electric vehicle segment.
Both the XEV 9e and BE 6 will be available in multiple colour options, including Everest White, Deep Forest, Tango Red, Desert Myst, Ruby Velvet, Firestorm Orange, and Stealth Black.
