Auto wrap this week: Lamborghini Temerario, Kawasaki Versys 650 and more

The automotive market has seen several new launches and updates this week, catering to diverse consumer preferences. Recent notable releases include the Lamborghini Temerario, priced at ₹6 crore and the Bajaj Chetak 3503 electric scooter, available for ₹1.10 lakh. Other updates include the Range Rover Evoque Autobiography and the refreshed Citroen C5 Aircross, among others.

Lamborghini Temerario

The Lamborghini Temerario has been launched in India with a price tag of

6 crore (ex-showroom). It features a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine, producing 789 hp and 729 Nm of torque, with a rev range up to 10,000 rpm. The engine is paired with an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission.

Isuzu D-Max Electric Pickup

Isuzu showcased the D-Max electric pickup truck at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 in India and later unveiled the production version at the 2025 Commercial Vehicle Show in Birmingham. The D-Max EV retains its ICE counterpart’s design with tweaks like refreshed LED headlamps, a closed-off grille and sportier dual-tone alloy wheels. The pickup truck is available in two trims, such as the ICE iteration with extended cab and double cab as options.

Citroen C5 Aircross

Citroen has unveiled the new C5 Aircross, featuring a complete overhaul with a new design, cabin updates and a new powertrain, including an all-electric version. The design of the vehicle is inspired by a 2024 concept car, with a refreshed front fascia, new headlamps and DRLs and 20-inch alloy wheels. The 2025 C5 Aircross will be available in two hybrid configurations: mild and plug-in hybrid.

Range Rover Evoque Autobiography

Range Rover has launched the Evoque Autobiography in the Indian market, featuring upgraded design, interiors and features. It comes with two engine options: a P250 petrol mild-hybrid engine delivering 246 hp and 365 Nm torque, and a D200 diesel mild-hybrid engine producing 201 hp and 430 Nm torque. The vehicle boasts premium features, including a Full Extended Leather upgrade, wireless charging pad, Meridian sound system and an 11.4-inch touchscreen infotainment unit, among others.

Kawasaki Versys 650

The 2025 Kawasaki Versys 650 has been launched in India for 7.93 lakh (ex-showroom), an increase of 16,000 compared to the 2024 model. The motorcycle features a new Metallic Matte Graphenesteel Grey colour scheme and is compliant with OBD-2B standards. It retains its existing design, features and technical specifications.

Hero HF 100

Hero MotoCorp launched the updated iteration of the Hero HF 100. Available with a starting price of 60,118 (ex-showroom), the bike has been modified to make it OBD-2B compliant. It will be sold alongside the non-OBD-2B model, which sold at 59,018 (ex-showroom). There is no change in the appearance of the bike, retaining Red Black and Blue Black paint schemes. Based on a tubular double cradle frame, it features a 97.2cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine producing 8 hp of power and 8.05 Nm of peak torque.

Bajaj Chetak 3503

The Bajaj Chetak 3503 electric scooter has been launched in the Indian market at a price of ₹1.10 lakh (ex-showroom), making it the most affordable variant in the Chetak 35 series. It comes with a 3.5 kWh battery pack that delivers a range of up to 151 km on a single charge. The scooter has a top speed of 63 km/h.
