Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line
Volkswagen launched one of the most awaited cars of 2025 in the Indian market—the Tiguan R-Line. The sporty avatar of the Tiguan SUV comes at an introductory price of ₹49 lakh (ex-showroom). The sporty SUV is based on the third-generation version of the SUV and will be sold as a CBU. The upcoming vehicle boasts a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine generating 201 hp of power and 320 Nm of peak torque.
Honda Elevate, Amaze Get CNG Retrofit Kits
Honda will offer retrofit CNG kits with its third-gen Amaze and the Elevate SUV in the Indian market. Initially, these models were available with petrol engine options without factory-fitted CNG.
Suzuki Dzire Hybrid
Suzuki launched the Dzire Hybrid in the Philippines, priced between PHP 920,000 (approximately ₹13.87 lakh) and PHP 998,000 (approximately ₹15.04 lakh). The compact sedan is available in two variants: GL and GLX. The model is equipped with a mild-hybrid powertrain and a CVT, and with hybrid technology.
Limited Edition Suzuki GSX-8R Kiiro
Suzuki Motorcycle has introduced a new limited-edition model of the GSX-8R exclusively for the UK market. Called the Kiiro edition, only 60 units of the model will be produced. The limited-edition vehicle is priced at £9,599 on the road, which translates to ₹10.87 lakh. As per the photographs, the model has a new yellow colour scheme with black branding.
2025 Hero Super Splendor Xtec
Hero has launched the 2025 version of the Hero Super Splendor XTEC in the Indian market. The latest vehicle retains the same engine as its predecessor, but the engine has been tuned to comply with the stricter OBD2B compliance.
The 2025 Hero Super Splendor has a 124.7cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine, which is paired with a 4-speed gearbox. The drum variant of the Hero Splendor Xtech is available at a price of ₹88,128 (ex-showroom) while the higher-spec trim, the Super Splendor Xtech Disc, is priced at ₹90,028 (ex-showroom).
2025 Hero Glamour
In another major update, Hero MotoCorp has launched the 2025 iteration of the Glamour. The company has updated the powertrain to make it compliant with the new OBD-2B emission standards. The updated version of the bike is now available with a price hike of up to ₹2,000.
The Glamour OBD-2B compliant model with drum brakes is priced at ₹86,698 (ex-showroom), and the disc brake variant has a price tag of ₹90,698 (ex-showroom). The features of the model are the same as the standard version, with a 124.7 cc air-cooled engine that comes paired with a five-speed gearbox.
2025 Honda Dio
Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has introduced the new OBD2B-compliant Dio 125. The 2025 iteration of the Honda Dio comes with a starting price of ₹96,749 (ex-showroom). The updated model retains the same engine but is now tuned to comply with the stricter OBD2B standards.
Additionally, it is also equipped with an advanced idling stop system as well as a smart key and a USB Type-C charging port. The overall design of the new model remains the same, but now comes with refreshed graphics and new colour schemes: Pearl Deep Ground Grey, Pearl Sports Yellow, Mat Marvel Blue Metallic, Pearl Igneous Black, and Imperial Red.
